it’s 1:27 a.m.

and i am still wide awake.

i just want to sleep now

but my eyes won’t allow me.

bothered and feeling uneasy,

why am i like this?

the only thing i want is

to have a good night sleep.

  1. Relate! Just close your eyes ate and try not to think anything😂 What I do usually is I won’t hold my phone since phones makes you wide awake. Just imagine things and you’ll be surprised that you’re in a deep sleep. :)))

  2. I am the same way sometimes but I have learned to embrace my insomnia. When you sleep, you’re missing something. 😁
    Try counting, not sheep, just counting. Boredom will put you to sleep!

    1. i put away my phone after i posted this but still i slept around 3 am. my sleeping habit is the worst. sometimes i slept before 9pm then most of the time i just cant sleep.😩

      i did focus my eye on one thing and stare at it for a very long time because that’s what i do whenever i try to sleep but it didnt work. also i turned off the lights but still. 👀

      1. My sleeping habits are non existent because I hardly sleep also. The sheep I count fall asleep before I do. 😂
        I oft fall asleep watching television at times usually cause the show is boring but if I lay in the dark, I think and I can’t sleep when I think. 😬

      2. ooohh i think your bags under your eyes are so heavy 😂😂😂😂😂 i dont like to stay up too late because my body wont function well in the morning thats why i am trying to sleep 8hrs. Lol
